For domain hosting? I've seen a pretty big range of prices online. From $1-10 typically. Luckily, I found the godaddy offer and typically pay $1 per month for domain hosting. Yeah, it's hard to believe but that's the actual price. How about you, what do you pay in a month?

Currently I pay $4 for shared hosting. I got a permanent dollar off coupon. So far I haven't had any problems. I used to pay $10 for reseller hosting with Hostgator, but my service has suffered tremendously within the last year. I had been with them for years, but I was fed up.

I know that GoDaddy has cheap hosting, but I don't like them. I will buy a domain from them for the right price, but I will never host with them.

Currently I'm self hosting on a VPS from Crissic Solutions and I'm paying $4 for a 512 MB machine with 2 TB of monthly bandwidth. I use this for my blog and mail server and so far it's been good. I've been with them for 6 months and haven't got any issue.

I haven't tried GoDaddy for hosting but I also get my domain names from them.

I currently use 5 shared hosting accounts from different companies. They range from $2-$7 per month. I'm considering purchasing a VPS soon at $25/month.

calebmelvern if you are not looking for anything too powerful I can recommend you Low End Box. It is a site listing VPS providers from around the world that have real interesting offers. You can easily get a 1GB ram VPS for about $5 per month.

Most are small providers but I think it can be worth the time checking them out.

I use a local one and I'm currently paying around $5 per month. I have no complaints as they are very easy to reach since they are local so have never I have problems I could just text or call an employee and it will be fixed right away.

Thanks for the suggestion. Actually, I already have this one provider in mind. As I said, it costs 25 bucks but all the reviews I've read were positive and I don't mind spending that much for good service. Still, I'll look into your link and do further research.

I use hostgator. I didn't pick solely based on price. Hostgator seemed to have good reviews, and I've been happy with them. I believe I pay about $7/mo. I honestly don't know any more. It's been so long since I have signed up, and it was such a long time ago. If you go cheap or expensive, generally the range is between $1-$10/mo, so I'd say pick more based on quality and customer service rather than price.

Currently I am paying $2.79/month for hosting my website. I have got the hosting service from TuckTail.com . They provide me best support.

I was paying $9.95 a month with Hostgator, but I'm looking for a new host because they've had a lot of outages this last year. It was a pretty good plan before the problems started, I don't know how many sites I could host, but it was a lot.

I'm curious who's offering the $1/month hosting deals and if this is good hosting. I've got all my sites on Blogger right now but I know that eventually I'll need to get them off of there but don't want to invest a small fortune into them as they're really not making me any money.

I've never used one that only charges a dollar a month but the one I'm getting at five dollars a month is cheap enough for me and it works very well since it is a local business so I can call anytime I want without much problems if I have an issue or request. I'm guessing I'd probably need to move onto some other larger company if I ever got a lot of traffic but for now it does the job I highly recommend getting on a local company charging a cheap price if you can find it.

Yeah, I haven't seen $1 a month hosting either, which is part of the reason I was asking. It must be nice to have a local company providing your hosting because you can always walk down there and straighten things out too. I'm seriously going to have to look into this after the new year. There's just too much going on right now.

I believe easy.gr is their parent company as their features and cpanel are pretty much identical. However, easy.gr offers web hosting services for €0,80. So I jumped on that and am very glad I did.
