Quality linking means the linking to quality of webdirectory depending upon its reputation.its backlinks and offcourse its Page rank...but i insist its the reputation of a website which counts the quality linking..A Pr6 website can not have the good reputation as of Pr 1 ...so you have just to see how popular the directory is before submitting..how much visits it is receving each day....I know a webdirectory seoexecutive .com it s pr is low but it give more solid backlinks..You can check it on google webmasters after submitting to a directory within 15 days..it will tell you the whole story...hope it helps
