How to use "Aritcle Marketting" properly as an off-page SEO?

I just wanna know how to use article marketing properly to gather more traffic to my blog........?? I know that article marketing is an important tool for off page SEO of a blog....but I don't know the proper usage of it......I wanna use it at its optimum level.....so please guide me.....take a look of my blog from Here

 

If you want to use article marketing for promotion then first you have to prepare an article of 300 words. Then post it to different article submission websites.

 

What will be the topic of that article?? And how that will help to bring traffic to my blog?? Please detail it..........
