I just want to know that how many of you guys prefer first from these? I know if want a better and long time result that seo is good in compare to the PPC. Through PPC we just increase the SERP. If you have a option than which one you prefer the first PPC or SEO.

SEO is much more popular and superior than PPC. SEO can create an online identity and make your website popular in search engines. It increases the visibility of your website in search engines.

Interesting question. This is like saying, would you rather invest money or wait to see results? Because PPC can give you immediate results, but it will cost you money, while SEO takes time, but can be done for free. If someone is doing PPC they can lose a lot of money if they don't know what they're doing, so I'd recommend trying a free voucher first. i personally am a SEO guy, so I wait for results.

Well, actually I am not agree because SEO is not a free. If you hire any se optimizer than the cost is also pretty high. yeah there are many optimizer you get in lower price but they don't provide you enough quality. SEO is not free it's costly yeah a little less than affiliate but it is.

If you are good with SEO yes you could have a well rewarded supply of profit for your online earnings. In reality I would like to have a thing going with Google Adsense. It is tough from what I heard to get accepted for Adsense.

SEO doesn't cost money, it does when you hire someone else to do it, but many people. including myself, do their own SEO. As I said though, it does take time, and for some, time is money.

I think SEO can provide for more stable and long term results. If you get PPC as advertising then the chances are high that you'll get forgotten as soon as you stop paying for the service whereas SEO would give you a more permanent visibility in search results.

Yes, once you stop paying for PPC, the faucet is turned off. That's why it can be a good idea to keep in contact with your visitors, by having them subscribe, or by having them join your email list.

It cost when you are using paid directory and premium sites services which is offered by the other sites. If you hire the seo person than I guess your budget is equivalent to any affiliate marketing.

You're right, but does the cost equal what you would pay for PPC on average, and would the effects be better, given that your placement in searches would be much more permanent than ads? I'm not an expert and I'm genuinely curious.

I don't do any of that stuff. I just create content and build links with it. I also create my own bookmarks, etc. SEO is a very general area, there are many routes to explore, which are free.

I honestly think that more visitors are going to prefer to see a business' organic results ranking high up in the search engines instead of the business paying to be listed there. The reason for this seems to be that the businesses who have put the work into getting such listings will probably put work into other aspects of their business as well. This is why I tend to spend more time working on SEO and don't bother paying for PPC as an Internet marketer today.

Great point. That's the power of an organic listing. People think that Google will give them the best result for the term that they are searching for, and they realize that an ad is only there because it is paid for. So, when someone searches for something like "best plumber", most people think that this means that the top results of the search are in fact, the best plumbers.

Yes, and what drives me crazy anymore is that the PTC ads are blending in more and more with the organic results. Personally, I think that's wrong. People should be able to tell for sure what's been bought and what's not. That way they can make more informed decisions.

Yeah, It's always been like that. We've been on the Internet for awhile knowing that, just imagine what's it's like for our parents.

I think you're right Benson... Our parents are probably really struggling. I can't imagine them ever being able to make any money online either. I'm lucky that my Dad used to work in telecommunications and so is very techy. However, the other segment of the population that probably is struggling here are those who are at least partially color blind. The colors on the ads are what blends in the most.

Oh no, I wasn't talking about our parents being able to make money on the Internet or not, I was talking about them not being able to distinguish an ad from an organic listing in Google.
