Who has the latest and greatest in this race? Who is the best SEO company and why?

 

I use a guy out of the UK who for about $5 USD will run a full SEO report for you, Give you time to make changes and then submit your site to hundreds of search engines and FFA forums. My traffic to my site more than doubled within days after his submissions and I've since used his service for many of my other clients. Should I wait so I don't "oversubmit" to websites?

 

If you've submitted in the past week or two certainly let him know but that shouldn't stop you from having him running a report for you. you'll get a report for each page of your site and that alone is worth the few dollars. Overall I'd say it's quite possibly the best $5 I ever spent in promoting my business.

 

Does he do submissions and links?

 

Are you talking back links? Yes when he submits to FFA (Free For All) forums you get back links from those forums. Not all of the submissions get accepted but the majority do.
