Yes well as a GoDaddy reseller the support is actually Godaddy. While Godaddy's support is good their hosting sux. They have the worst control panel and they are known for down time and over loaded servers. To each his own though,

You are totally right my 1st attempt of hosting was godaddy and they really do such, when it comes to money they directly respond, but when problems u need to wait some time, i tried to host and because am lebanese they wanted my id copy and passport copy, credit card copy and i don't think that was enough so i left them and i felt i am under investigation from FbI or CIA
