How do I get more traffic to my site?

Yes well as a GoDaddy reseller the support is actually Godaddy. While Godaddy's support is good their hosting sux. They have the worst control panel and they are known for down time and over loaded servers.

To each his own though, :D
You are totally right my 1st attempt of hosting was godaddy and they really do such, when it comes to money they directly respond, but when problems u need to wait some time, i tried to host and because am lebanese they wanted my id copy and passport copy, credit card copy and i don't think that was enough so i left them and i felt i am under investigation from FbI or CIA

You need a lot more than a few social network sites. I have been doing nicely with a bunch of free to join social network sites and the results are coming in slowly but surely. Here just one tool that can make a difference. Its called Your Websites on TV: http://WebsitesOnTV.com/yourtvbiz

Here are a few quick ways to get started:
  1. Submit your site to free link directories. Try to find those with high page rank that do not need backlink.
  2. If you haven't done already, submit your site to search engines
  3. Visit relevant blogs and leave a comment... only if you have something to say, do not spam the blogs.
  4. Start a facebook group or fan page and share it with your friends. Promote it also from your site.
  5. Exchange links with bloggers with similar sites like yours
  6. Create an email signature and add it to every email that you send
  7. I agree that you need a host and a domain name. It will cost you around $5/month the host and $10/year the domain, but I think it is worthy if you are taking this seriously.

In addition to its basic SEO, go for various SMO websites like Stumble, Reddit, Traffup, Digg, Facebook, Twitter, Hubpages, Ycombinator, Squidoo, Youtube..

I beg your pardon everyone...From when do search engine submission helps bring visitors to website?????...Searchengine submission is just to invite bots to your website...the placement depends entirely on Seo work..if your website has duplicate contents..i think you will never get traffic even if you post to PR9 forum....All depends on your quality of website...!!!!!

thank you for the info! But what you recommend? And what is the impact of bots in our website?
I am newbie in SEO and I am just tryng to start in free services of getting traffic. I dont have enough money to cover my needs in getting high rank. Hope you will help me... thanks!

Thats true that adcenter is much cheaper but it depends in which country you are,Its ok if you are in asia or specially in India where a click might be 0.05 cents but if you try adcenter uk or usa,you pay equally the same amount as to what we pay in google adwords,+ the quality and accuracy of google adwords is much better then Adcenter

Advertise your site with Microsoft ad center https://adcenter.microsoft.com/
It's much cheaper than Google

Social media is really one of the best ways to draw traffic to your business. The thing is you have to spend the time to keep up the interaction.

Welcome to eForum Christopher. :)

Great stuff in your blog, really. But it would be even better if you can use images to reinforce your ideas. It would also give you more leverage for a possibly better SEO performance.
