Quite the opposite actually, it's good to snack in between meals, this keeps your energy levels up and you don't get that craving hungry feeling - which often leads to then eating junk to try and satisfy that hunger - been there-done that! It's what you eat. Eat healthy snacks between your three healthy balanced meals every day. Eat your greens and you can have a piece of cake.
