Hello can some1 out there help me? My Database will not import my backup file because of a syntax error in the following line: http--astropathways_com-.mht news or mail text I need to find the syntax error and fix it.
I thought about that too, putting in the :// in there but wasn't sure about it. Aaaah! looking at it again I see a spaces where characters should be. http--astropathways_com-.mht maybe it should read http://astropathways.com/mht I tried that and a period after the forward slash but neither page exists. looks like the script is calling a page that's not there? It is with hostgator and they are excellent with customer service. I would try giving them a call.
Thank U All For Attempting To Help Here. I had to start a new board. I still want my backup on a subboard. Hostgator is Horrible. Read the reviews. They are on the bottom of most review lists. I found out late. I called Hostgator.com. They do nothing overall. They attempted to do my dump for me, Hostgator said it should be good now. I was locked out of my blank website and my subdomain site was gone as well. I had to beg HostGator to get my sub domain site back. As soon as I get my credits from Hostgator next month, I'm leaving. I did learn my file is too large as well for my sql server. I have made numerous attempts to retrieve my backup file and dump it on my updated SQL server. Changing the extension to .sql doesn't work either. Somewhere near line 1 is a Syntax error.
