I find that the easiest way to run a blog site is WordPress - is really simple and the plugins are really powerful for your internet marketing. There are many themes you can use chose from - there are free and paid themes. Usually the Free themes are pretty good and you can build a great website with them. But a paid theme can take your website to a different level - providing you with more options and plugins you just can't get with the free themes.
