The site design looks very basic, but the coding behind site seems fairly solid.

It looks like a MicroBlogging Platform.

Please provide some more information on the "what is it" page/tab.

In regards to a proper appraisal, please provide some more information about what your intentions are with the site, and what it's main purpose is.

The niche you are entering is full of heavy hitters like Facebook, G+, Twitter and even Myspace. What is it, that can make your site stand apart from these other sites? Does your site allow nyms?(acronyms)~ something policies of Google and Facebook have been criticized for. If you showcased some of the features available on your site in the 'what is it' page, I think it would be helpful, and perhaps drive more memberships. I am wondering what platform your site is built upon? Is it WordPress? Is it a Gravatar enabled site? Did you intentionally leave out the i in friend? If so, do you have a re-direct for those that may accidently type it into their browser?
What is the primary demographic of the audience you are trying to reach? Age/gender/location?
If you allow posting of images and/or video, who is going to be responsible, if issues of copyright infringement come up? The poster?(something pinterest has been criticized for), or you? You may be sent a cease and desist order from the MPAA, or RIAA and your web host may be instructed to take your site down. Just some things to think about. I hope I have been of help and I wish you success with your site, whatever it may evolve into.

oh my god  . I must admit that i didn't think that much about copyright infringement. I mean the stuff or pictures users are going to put are not going to be used for any commercial purpose. Take facebook, people upload a lot of copyright pictures and videos....right? Who is responsible here for copyright violations? Isn't it virtually impossible to curb uploading of copyright stuff? Well I may sound childish here as I don't know much about copyright infringement thing.

And leaving 'i' in domain name wasn't intentional at all...in fact it would've been lot better with 'i'. Domain 'freindsdom.com' wasn't available at the time of registering one.

thank you for your opinions. I think i am going to make some changes after reading those!

    Hello deepak 057:
I've received your message and I'm happy that you think enough of my opinion to request a review of your website and I'm pleased to give it to you.

First, I want to congratulate you for your innovation as well as the courage to go up against the "big boys"

I have examined both your sign up page and the inside of the website and here are my impressions:

The name of the website, frendsdom, as you admitted above is a mistype, it should be renamed friendsdom and the website: http://www.friendsdom.com IS available for purchase.

There are numerous mis-spellings and incorrectly punctuated sentences all over the site, which are easily corrected for free. Try something like: http://www.paperrater.com/

After clicking the confirmation page, the log in asks for the "name" when the e-mail is required for the log-in.

I noticed the absence of a community page where members could go and make comments.

A banner appears on all of the pages warning "Your browser (Chrome 21) does not seem to be fully compatible with this website" and says that firefox should be used to enjoy all of the features. If this can be corrected, it should be done, as Chrome is now the number 1 browser in the world and many users will not be interested in downloading Firefox.

Otherwise, WELL DONE! Wishing you success and luck with your enterprise.

If I can be of further service to you, please message.
